The 63" Electric Double Conveyor Oven (BE2136-Double) is one of Blodgett’s largest conveyors and, at 2 tiers, will greatly increase the output in your kitchen without eliminating floor space. This heavy-duty stainless steel machine is constructed to last through the intense environment of a commercial kitchen for years of business. The belt on the conveyor is made from stainless steel wire mesh and features a large 18” x 36” baking zone. A finger set allows 8 different heat zones inside the baking chamber to specify the machine to your unique needs and produce perfect pizzas regardless of the style. Solid state digital controls are one more aspect to the oven that ensures a durable, reliable and consistent unit.
