The 38" Double Section Gas Convection Oven (Zephaire-G-Double) by Blodgett is ideal for professional kitchens in need of extra-deep baking compartments. This full-size convection oven accepts five 18” x 26” standard baking pans in left-to-right as well as front-to-back positions which can fit on any of 11 rack positions. Solid state thermostat controls mean that this unit will last for years with the same consistent results as it does when you first bring it into the kitchen. The unit is made from heavy-duty stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion and includes an iron frame with an aluminized blower wheel to better conduct heat. Features: Solid, dependent, stainless steel doors, 6" high, adjustable stainless steel legs, Electronic spark, ignition control system.
