The 38" Double Section Electric Convection Oven (Zephaire-E-Double) by Blodgett is an excellent choice for professional kitchens in need of extra-deep baking compartments. This full-size convection oven accepts five 18” x 26” standard baking pans in left-to-right, as well as front-to-back positions which can fit on any of 11 rack positions.
