The Garland MCO ES 20 double deck standard depth convection oven combines superior power and versatility for all of your baking needs The Garland MCO ES 20 standard depth convection oven has solid state digital controls with a Cook n Hold feature. Independent timers for both cooking and holding allow you to set cooking temperature and duration as well as a timed holding cycle that begins once cooking is complete. The convection oven has a temperature range of 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and a 2 speed fan with a 3 4 hp motor that provides added flexibility to adjust air circulation speeds for specific products and recipes. 6 chrome plated adjustable pan racks are included to accommodate a variety of pan configurations. The Garland MCO ES 20 convection oven features a fully porcelainized oven interior for exceptional insulation and coved corners for improved air circulation and easier cleaning. This SunFire SDG 2 double deck deep convection oven is available in either natural or L.P. gas. It has a stainless steel front and black powder coated epoxy sides top and legs. The SunFire SDG 2 double deck deep convection oven has a fully porcelainized oven interior with coved corners. It also has a 2 speed fan with a 3 4 HP fan motor. It comes with 5 racks and 11 postion rack guides. Deep Depth sometimes called Bakery Depth convection ovens allow the user to load standard size pans in either direction something that cannot be done in a Standard Depth model. As a result multiple pans can be staggered or faced in alternating directions on the racks for better airflow and more even results particularly when baking. The SunFire SDG 2 has a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This SunFire SDG 2 double deck deep convection oven has a 60 minute timer windows in both doors and 60 40 doors with lights. The overall dimensions of the SDG 2 are 40 W x 44 1 2 D x 72 H.
