The 40” Electric Double Deck Convection Oven (WKED-2) is a model from Wolf that speeds up cooking time and increases food quality. The exterior of the unit is constructed entirely of stainless steel for a longer lasting product that survives hard conditions of a professional kitchen. The stainless steel legs are painted for further protection, and the glass door is double-paned so you may see the interior contents without sacrificing the even heat conduction. Also to better conduct heat are a porcelain-lined steel oven interior and an oven cool switch to rapidly cool the contents and stop over-cooking. The oven comes with 5 nickel-plated racks which can be positioned into any of 11 rack guides. This double-tier model retains a small footprint but allows for ample cooking space, making it ideal for larger operations.
