Coated in durable nonstick for easy cleanup and food release. Cast aluminum provides even heat from both burners. One side is flat and one ribbed for frying or grilling. Both sides are coated with durable nonstick for easy food release and effortless cleanup. The grill/griddle measures 19-1/2 by 11 inches and spans two burners--perfect for family-size meals. The grill/griddle has handles on two corners with holes to facilitate hanging on a hook or peg, and each side has a well to hold draining grease. The grill/griddle won't rust or warp, and washes up quickly in soapy water. It carries a 10-year warranty against defects.
