The 55” Gas Double Deck Oven – G2000 Series (G2072) by Garland is a commercial grade deck oven. This double unit is versatile, as it can be used for all purpose baking. The external is constructed out of sturdy stainless steel with aluminized back panels and top. The decks are 1” thick heatherite for the best cooking possible. It’s so easy to insert food into this oven, as the door is full width. A canopy draft divider is provided for your convenience. This Garland deck oven was designed for high volume foodservice operations and can withstand the daily use from a busy kitchen. Features: Stainless steel front, sides, and legs, Aluminized top and back panels, Canopy draft diverter provided, 1” hearthite decks with 7" interior height.
