The 53” Gas Double Deck Oven (GS-990) is a durable and economical choice from Bakers Pride. While the oven is economically priced, it can still maintain a high volume of production and requires little maintenance. A versatile unit, this model is an all-purpose oven that with excellent pizza cooking abilities. A single burner powers each of the oven’s 2 compartments from the top and bottom to create even heat distribution, and the inner walls are constructed from aluminized steel for excellent heat conduction. The exterior of the unit is built to last, with stainless steel construction and a completely welded frame. The unit features a heavy-duty angle iron frame, and 7-gauge legs ensure that the unit will retain its structural integrity over years in a demanding food service kitchen.
